IB Returns to SXSW EDU to Promote Innovation in Education

The International Baccalaureate (IB) has returned as a sponsor of SXSW EDU in Austin, Texas, continuing its efforts to promote innovation and collaboration in global education. With a strong presence in the United States since 1971—including 184 IB World Schools in Texas the organisation continues to work with schools and districts to prepare students for success in an increasingly interconnected world.

International Baccalaureate to Attend 2026 ASU+GSV Summit as First‑Time Partner

The International Baccalaureate is participating as a sponsoring partner at the 2026 ASU+GSV Summit in San Diego, a major global forum for education innovation, skills development and workforce transformation. The Summit will bring together more than 7,000 delegates including educators, investors, policymakers and edtech leaders. IB’s involvement highlights its focus on career‑related learning and global collaboration, offering an opportunity to engage with universities, technology partners and schools worldwide. The partnership follows ASU’s earlier collaboration with the IB on the Career‑related Programme.
