The International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum came to life at Rivercrest Christian College’s Festival of Learning, where students across the PYP, MYP, and DP showcased their academic journeys through inquiry-driven projects and reflections. From early explorations of global issues to advanced research and critical thinking, the event highlighted how IB education nurtures independence, creativity, and real-world understanding while bringing the entire school community together.
In order to enhance security and fairness in the examinations, and also make them consistent across the world, the International Baccalaureate has made modifications to its assessment procedures for the upcoming examination session of May 2025. These modifications consist of extra exam paper variations, improved supervision practices, change in examination timings in specific regions, and restrictions on the use of technology like clearing GDC memory.
The IB has confirmed that all Theory of Knowledge (TOK) requirements, assessments, and deadlines will remain the same for the 2026 examination session. This update provides stability for students and schools as they plan their academic timelines.
